Repairs

We pride ourselves on the durability and longevity of our bags, but wear and tear happens! Our goal is to repair everything we can, but each repair is different.

Sometimes, well-used bags turn out to be straightforward repairs. On the other hand, repairs on newer bags that have seen a lot of damage can be extensive and deemed unrepairable. We do our best to check each bag with accuracy and consistency before making a determination.

If you have a small hole or tear, patching with Tear Aid or Aquaseal is usually all you need. It’s a fix that lasts and does not affect the functionality of your bag. You can find both products at many outdoor stores or order them here.

Here are a few things we are unable to repair:
• Delaminated bag fabric (interior/exterior coating lining peeling off)
• Large tears or holes.
• Numerous holes/tears – More than 3 separate holes on the bag
• Bags that are 10 years old or over.

All repairs will need to be washed with soap and water before mailing the bag back to us. If we determine your item is beyond repair, we can return it to you as is or recycle it for you.

All shipping costs to Watershed are at the responsibility of the customer. Return domestic shipping is included in our repairs, which is $59 (credit card or check) Payment will be made once we make a determination on your repair.
