I winter kayak and raft all the time. I can not stress enough how spending the extra money on a watershed bag no matter which design is the way to go. You can always find waterproof dry bags for cheaper, but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Wat

24 day trip on the Colorado. No Leaks!. But I wasn't expecting such a high price. I ended up getting the Mil Spec (green) bag as that is all Watershed had in stock at the time. For $300 plus tax, I would have at least thought a purge valve would be in

Verified ownerWe had a few dry bags and Water Shed is by far the easiest to use and the driest on our bags. After a little 303 that was provided with the bags they sealed very easy. Yes, we flipped and all the Water Shed bags were dry on the inside.

You can always find waterproof dry bags for cheaper, but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Watershed bags are not only durable but will also keep all condensation out of the bag. It is a thick material that is far better than any manufacture on the market. This is coming from a guy who has bought almost every brand of dry bag known to human kind. Hands down the best dry bags in the world. This does not mean they are indestructible. Just do not be an idiot and treat your equipment with some respect, and in turn it will do the same to you. I have 7 Watershed bags and will never go anywhere else for waterproof dry storage.
