Excellent quality. Easy to carry, easy to pack in the boat, thankfully we had no capsizes or even 'swamping' so I don't know if it truly is totally waterproof, but others in our group had the same bag and testified it is truly absolutely waterprooof even

The opening is too small, so it can be awkward stuffing large items into it. Also the large buckle is very stiff – I needed help to open it every time, (disclaimer I do have arthritic hands)
