Very water proof. A little complicated to use in a sea kayak but doable. Think twice before ordering the padded liner. The liner makes the bag too small for a camera and a lens attached (Nikon Z7II and Nikon Z 24-200 zoom). I bought this because I could not take by normal water proof ammo box on the plane. The bag meets the airlines carryon size requirement for the second smaller bag that fits under a seat.

These dry bags are easily the best option for extended river trips, kayaking, or really any other water activity. I have several varieties for different occasions and these have the same quality I’ve come to expect from Watershed. As long as you periodically use the 303 protectant on the zipper seam, these bags should last a lifetime of adventures.
